If there’s something that we’ve really missed in this year of Virtual learning, it’s the sense of togetherness and community we experienced each week during our large group assemblies or while everyone was here on campus for classes. Though that’s difficult to replace no matter how easy or advanced technology may get, we can still try to capture a little bit of that spirit.
I’m delighted to invite each of you and your families into my home (virtually!) next Wednesday, December 23rd at 7:00pm to pray a final Advent Rosary together with me and my family before we begin our celebrations of Noche Buena, Christmas and all the joy that the Christmas season will bring with it.
Rel.Ed. Famlies will each be receiving an invitation to join the Zoom Rosary next week, which shouldn’t take more than half an hour (I know our little ones might have bedtimes to keep!)
I invite you all to reflect throughout this final week of the Advent season on all the joys in our life for which we want to give thanks and praise to our Heavenly Father. If you have any special intentions you’d like to offer up, you’ll also have an opportunity to share those on the Zoom chat so we can all pray together, with and for one another, as one community of faith. I hope you can join us as we look to close the Advent season on a high note and open our hearts to receive the joy of the Christ child this Christmas and all throughout 2021!
